Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has launched “Sanadna,” a dedicated initiative aimed at supporting frontline personnel across the United Arab Emirates. The program recognizes the vital role played by those who serve and protect the nation, offering tailored financial relief measures and exclusive banking benefits.
The initiative is designed to enhance financial flexibility, improve access to services, and deliver a seamless banking experience. Through “Sanadna,” ADIB reaffirms its commitment to supporting frontline heroes by providing practical solutions that ease financial burdens and address real, immediate needs.
Eligible beneficiaries—including members of the UAE Armed Forces, Ministry of Defense and Interior, police, civil defense, and emergency medical services—will benefit from a range of targeted measures. These include the option to defer installments on personal and auto finance for up to three months without additional charges, along with preferential offerings such as a 0.99% rate on Al Yusr Salary Advance Finance. Additional support includes profit-free installment plans for education expenses, a seven-month grace period on personal finance buyouts, and a six-month grace period on auto finance.
For those seeking longer-term financial security, the initiative provides three months of complimentary life takaful on new home finance, along with access to home and household protection takaful solutions. ADIB will also waive ATM fees, minimum balance requirements, and charges on selected banking services, further reducing financial pressure on eligible customers.
The initiative also extends to wealth management services, where customers investing through ADIB’s Smart Sukuk platform will benefit from fee waivers for three months and no custody fees for the first year, in addition to a 50% discount on savings plan fees. Customers can also take advantage of enhanced rewards through the Ghina account, increasing their chances of winning prizes valued at AED 300,000, including a Nissan Patrol.
Frontline personnel will further benefit from annual fee waivers on select digital cards, including Exceed and Cashback, supporting more accessible and cost-efficient digital banking solutions.
In parallel, ADIB has expanded “Sanadna” to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), recognizing their importance to the national economy. SMEs will have access to flexible solutions such as installment deferrals of 30 to 60 days between April and June 2026, takaful protection against unforeseen risks, and up to a 50% waiver on new POS service fees.
Overall, the “Sanadna” initiative reflects ADIB’s strong commitment to customer-centric innovation and social responsibility, ensuring that frontline personnel and businesses receive meaningful support that enhances financial resilience and long-term stability.
