At-Tahur Limited (PSX: PREMA), the company behind the Prema dairy brand, has successfully raised Rs. 800 million through its Sukuk III issuance, according to a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The offering initially had a face value of Rs. 700 million, along with a green shoe option of Rs. 200 million.
The company concluded the issue at Rs. 800 million, including Rs. 100 million raised through the green shoe option, reflecting strong investor interest in its financing program. This successful fundraising is expected to provide additional financial support to the company for its operational needs and future growth plans.
At-Tahur Limited is recognized as one of Pakistan’s notable players in the packaged dairy and farm-fresh milk segment. The company operates a vertically integrated dairy model, managing everything from livestock farming to milk processing and the production of packaged dairy products.
